C.H. Robinson would like to advise of an upcoming change to our fee structure that will take effect on Thursday, August 1, 2024.
For many years we (C.H. Robinson) have maintained our Delivery Order and Cargo Management Re-Engineering (CMR) Fee at the current rate despite rising operational costs. To continue providing you with quality of service, we find it necessary to adjust these fees.
Effective Thursday, August 1, 2024, Australian Delivery Order and CMR Fee's will each increase by $5.00 AUD per house B/L. In New Zealand, the Delivery Order Fee will increase by $5.00 NZD per house B/L.
We understand that any increase in fees can be a concern, and we want to assure you that this decision was not made lightly. This adjustment will enable us to maintain and improve our service quality, ensuring that we continue to meet your logistics needs efficiently and effectively.
